The agreement between Aphrodite Aminos and its customers.
1. Scope & Acceptance
By placing an order on this site, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Research-Use-Only Disclaimer, our Refund Policy, and our Age Verification Policy. If you do not accept any of these terms, do not place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher (or representative of a research-affiliated institution) to place an order. We may request supporting documentation at our discretion, particularly for institutional buyers.
3. Permitted Use
Every product sold on this site is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only and is governed by our Research-Use-Only Disclaimer. The buyer accepts sole responsibility for legal compliance, safe handling, and disposal.
4. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and discontinue products at our discretion.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States from our domestic fulfillment center. See Shipping & Returns for details. Cold-chain packaging is included where compound stability warrants.
6. Returns & Refunds
Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. Because of the nature of research materials, opened or temperature-compromised product is not eligible for return.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, brand marks, photography, and copy are the property of Aphrodite Aminos or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aphrodite Aminos’ liability under any theory is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, given that purpose is buyer-determined research.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Aphrodite Aminos is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
