Refund Policy
When refunds and replacements are available, and when they are not.
When you are entitled to a refund or replacement
- Your shipment arrives damaged (visible vial damage, broken seal, leakage)
- Your shipment arrives mislabeled (vial label does not match the product ordered)
- Your shipment arrives inconsistent with the COA (purity, identity, or concentration falls below our published acceptance threshold for the lot)
- Your shipment is lost in transit after a reasonable investigation with the carrier
When refunds are not available
- Opened, partially used, or visibly tampered-with product
- Temperature-compromised product where the compromise resulted from buyer-side handling (e.g., the buyer was unavailable to receive the package and it sat outside through a temperature excursion)
- Buyer’s remorse / change of mind after an unopened vial has been in the buyer’s custody for more than 14 days
How to file a claim
Email hello@aphroditeaminos.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the lot number printed on the affected vial, and photographs of the issue. We typically respond within one business day with a replacement, refund, or request for additional information.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
