The non-negotiable terms under which every product on this site is sold.

All products sold by Aphrodite Aminos (the “Company”) are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. The Company’s products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household products. They are not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, or cosmetic use in humans or animals. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By purchasing from Aphrodite Aminos, the buyer represents and warrants that:

They are at least 21 years of age;
They are purchasing products for lawful in-vitro research purposes only;
They will not administer the products to humans or animals or use them in any food, drug, cosmetic, or household application;
They accept full responsibility for compliant handling, storage, and disposal of the material in accordance with applicable laws.

Failure to abide by this disclaimer voids any warranty associated with the product and constitutes misuse for which Aphrodite Aminos is not liable.

This disclaimer is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and forms part of every Aphrodite Aminos sales contract.
